Great Dixter and Tenterden Summer 2023 A great day was had by the group.
The unusual garden was interesting and looked very lush in the hot sun.
Tenterden is a lovely place with lots of indeprndent shops, and a tree lined high street. It also has a heritage railway with trains to Bodiam Casle. The sunken garden has a beautiful pond, and abundant tall plants around the paths.
The large house, parts of which date back to the 1500’s has a few rooms open to the public
